HAUPTEIGENSCHAFTEN

1. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Rotationsoffsetdruckmaschine (mit Sleeve-Technologie) besitzt mehr als 20 nationale und internationale Patente.

2. Der kontinuierliche Offsetdruckmodus und die verschiedene Druckhülsentechnologie sorgen für eine schnelle Druckgeschwindigkeit und eine hohe Druckqualität.

3. Die Plattenwalze und die Gummituchwalze sind mit Luftausdehnungshülsen ausgestattet, wodurch kurze Plattenwechselzeiten, einfache Bedienung und hohe Effizienz erreicht werden.

4. Das Farbsystem und das Wassersystem werden automatisch entsprechend der variablen Druckhülse angepasst. Das Super-Tintensystem sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Farbbewegung, einen stabileren Druckdruck und eine einfache Einstellung.

5. Der Abwickler verfügt über eine automatische Spannungsregelung und ist mit einer Bahnführung ausgestattet.

6. Die Druckspannung wird automatisch gesteuert, sodass die Bahn auch bei hoher Geschwindigkeit reibungslos läuft und eine stabile Druckspannung für schnelles und hochpräzises Drucken sorgt.

7. Diese Maschine verfügt über die Funktion der automatischen Vorregistrierung, der automatischen Registrierung per Fotozelle nach dem Einrichten und des zweiten Durchgangs mit Registrierung.

8. Das Inline-Inspektionssystem kann je nach Benutzeranforderung installiert werden.

9. Basierend auf Offset-Druckeinheiten kann die Maschine mit anderen Funktionen wie Flexodruck, Tiefdruck, Kaltprägung, Heißprägung, Stanzen, Prägen usw. kombiniert werden.

10. Diese Maschine ist für variable Bedruckstoffe geeignet, wie z. B. selbstklebendes Papier, Papier und ungestützte Folien (BOPP, PET, PP, PVC usw.).
